There is a discount for multiple weeks during the months of April, May and October. Bookings are confirmed as soon as a 20% deposit is received.
Deposits and full payments are accepted via:
1) Paypal* (preferred)
2) Wire bank transfer.
The balance is payable not less than 4 weeks before the start of the rental period. Reservations made within 4 weeks of the start of the rental period require full payment at the time of the booking.
* Paypal surcharge of 3.4%x(amount)+0.35€
There is an extra accommodation tax for tourists, which is: 0,50€ per night for each studio.
